Under denna n\u00e4tverkstr\u00e4ff IRL ges en f\u00f6rdjupning, i teorier och \u00f6vningar, som tar upp trauma, k\u00e4nslor och mening utifr\u00e5n toleransf\u00f6nstret, bearbetning och stabilisering. Kunskaper som st\u00f6djer och underl\u00e4ttar arbetet med grundl\u00e4ggande f\u00f6rh\u00e5llningss\u00e4tt hos unga f\u00f6r \u00f6kad psykisk och existentiell h\u00e4lsa.
