Att vara en församling som är bärkraftig, stabil och hållbar över tid kräver många olika bärare. Bärare som värnar om skapelsen och som är medskapare, anställda såväl som de som gör viktiga insatser ideellt. Under rubriken Bärkraftig församling kommer Stiftsgården Rättvik att anordna ett antal kurser där teologin – skapelsen – idealiteten är de bärande pelarna för att skapa handling i arbetet för en hållbar planet.

Praktik, teori och teologi kommer att blandas med hur vi kan dela arbete och skötsel mellan personal och församlingsbor.

Det är viktigt att vi som lagar och serverar mat tar dessa behov på största allvar och skapar bästa tänkbara förutsättningar för att vi ska klara av att uppfylla kraven. Därför har Stiftsgården i Rättvik från och med den 1 mars 2021 infört tydligare regler när det gäller specialkost. För att vi ska kunna säkerställa och tillgodose behovet av specialkost behöver vi läkarintyg för berörd person. Läkarintyget måste vara Stiftsgården tillhanda senast sju dagar innan ankomst för att vi ska kunna säkerställa och tillgodose behovet. Vid första måltid måste den som har behov av specialkost anmäla sig till kökspersonalen så att vi vet vem det gäller. I enligt med GDPR sparas läkarintygen så länge det är nödvändigt för att uppfylla kraven. När ni skickar in ert läkarintyg medger ni samtidigt att era personuppgifter sparas enligt ovan.
